    iPodAccessories.co.za is here to provide the South African market with fresh new innovative accessories for the ever expanding number of iPod owners.

  2. Why are your accessories so cheap?
    We are trying to show consumers that the extortionate prices charged by big chains and supermarkets are unnecessary and really try to ignite the digital revolution in South Africa.
  3. Is it safe to buy online?
    Yes it is. As long as you excersie the same caution using your credit card on the internet as you would in the real world. iPodAccessories.co.za does not store any credit card details and all payments are handled by our secure payment gateway, Setcom.
  4. Why do you only stock a few items?
    To keep our costs low, we only stock the most popular items. If we receive enough requests for more items these will be added.
  5. Do I have to register to use iPodAccessories.co.za?
    You do not need to register to browse the site, however to place an order you must be registered.

Orders and Shipping

  1. Are these items shipped from overseas?
    No. These items are shipped from Cape Town - right here in good old South Africa.
  2. How long will it take to get my order?
    Since these items are shipped from Cape Town, it should take no time at all to receive your orders. We will endeavour to ship all orders the same day that are placed and paid for by 13:30 on weekdays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
  3. Why is there a charge for postage?
    To keep our costs low and transparent, there is an extra charge for postage and packaging.
  4. Can I change/cancel my order once it has been placed?
    If you would like to change/cancel your order, please email us immediately and will try to arrange it. However, if the order has already been shipped, there is nothing that can be done.
  5. Can I order over the phone?
    Unfortunately not. To maintain security we only take orders placed over the internet.
  6. What is your returns policy?
    If any item is faulty, you may return it in exchange for a refund or a replacement within 28 days of purchase. If you decide to return an item for any other reason and is unopened and in its original condition within 28 days, we will accept it, but will only refund the original cost less postage and packaging and a 10% restocking fee.
    In all cases return shipping charges are at your (the customer) expense.
